cDNA and BACs libraries

  •  All BAC libraries are available at the National Resources Centre for Plant Genomics ( CNRGV ), Toulouse, France.

 

  •    BES_Cabernet-Sauvignon.fasta (77237 sequences) : BAC library has been constructed from cultivar Cabernet-Sauvignon using two different restriction enzymes : HindIII (clone prefix : VCS1H) and EcoRI (clone prefix : VCS1E).
  •    BES_PN40024.fasta (120148 sequences) : BAC library has been constructed from PN40024 genotype using the restriction enzyme HindIII (clone prefix : VV40024H). This BAC library has been developed in collaboration with the Genoscope from the nearly homozygous genotype PN40024 in the frame of the grape genome sequencing project.
  •    BES_Muscadinia-rotundifolia.cv.Regale.fasta (86540 sequences) : BAC library has been constructed from Muscadinia rotundifolia cv. Regale using two different restriction enzymes : HindIII (clone prefix : MRRE1H, MRRE2H, MRRE3H) and BamHI (clone prefix : MRRE1B). This BAC library has been developed in the frame of the Muscares project.
