The URGI plant bioinformatics facility proposes services related to:

  • data integration into the URGI information System GnpIS, data federation, training & guidelines of FAIR data management
  • genomic annotation of Transposable Elements (TE), using a dedicated  Virtual Research Environment (VRE) based on REPET suite
