How to access annotation services


We offers bioinformatics services related to transposable elements (TE) annotation: 

  • These include a high-throughput genomic annotation using REPET, one of our key tools. Developed over 20 years ago and widely used, REPET is a reliable pipeline for the detection and annotation of TEs in genomic data.
  • We provide Virtual Research Environments (VREs) with scalable computational resources for TEs annotation. These resources are deployed on a virtualised infrastructure to ensure efficient and flexible processing.
