GnpIS version 17.1 is available
Major news are:
- New ontologies browsable and downloadable in different formats:
- New GnpIS form to search genetic resources .
- DOI have been generated for all genetic resources in GnpIS. Example for the wheat Charger accession.
- SyntenyViewer tool now display transposable elements coverage for Arabidopsis thaliana .
- New Quercus and Pinus genetic resources data available.
- New phenotyping web services developed in the frame of the Perpheclim project are documented on swagger .
- The IFB (Institut Français de Bioinformatique) data discovery portal is available.
