14 Dec 2015 New JBrowse based on Vitis 12X.2 assembly

A new genome browser using the Jbrowse technology and based on Vitis 12X.2 assembly has been released.

Sequence annotations (Genoscope, CRIBI V1 and V2.1, VIB, transposable elements) as well as sequence variations tracks are available.
