We are pleased to announce new tool integration in our Galaxy server:
 
 section NGS: QC and manipulation

  • Trimmomatic (0.32): flexible read trimming tool for Illumina NGS data

section NGS: Mapping

  • Bowtie2 (2.1.0): short read aligner

section NGS:Peak Calling

  • MACS14 (1.4.2): Model-based Analysis of ChIP-Seq
  • MACS2 (2.0.10.2): Model-based Analysis of ChIP-Seq
  • CCAT (3.0): Control-based ChIP-seq Analysis Tool
