  • 03/01/1993 - 11/18/1994: software developer for cattle genomics at INRA Genetique biochimique Unit , Jouy-en-Josa
  • 11/01/1994 - 07/31/1997 : software developer (database and analysis tools) for human genetics (positional cloning), at Genethon (french human genetics disease center) under the lead of Jean Weissenbach.
  • 08/01/1997 - 03/30/2000 : software developer (analysis tools), for the french sequencing center, Genoscope, under the lead of Jean Weissenbach. Participation in the setting of the bioinformatics infrastructure.
  • Since 04/01/2000: at INRA URGI (formerly Genoplante-Info team): GIS Genoplante data manager, database administrator, database software developer (GnpIS) and GnpIS development coordinator. Director of URGI unit per interim 2006-2007.
  • Since 2007, deputy director of INRA URGI unit and operational manager of its plant bioinformatic platform
  • Since 2012, informatics leader of CATI CGI, a collectiv of 45 INRA bioinformaticians belonging in majority to INRA BAP plant breeding and biology division
  • Since 2013, head of the GnpIS software development and data integration team
  • Since the first of september 2015, new missions: join the bioinformatics team of UMR INRA Genetics Quantitativ Evolution QGE-Le Moulon, will lead the ThaliaDB information system on maize data. Will continue the CATI leadership (2012-2016).
