ELIXIR (https://elixir-europe.org) is a European life sciences infrastructure, bringing together scientists from over 240 research institutes spread over 21 Member countries, three Observer countries and EMBL-EBI. It enables researchers to access and analyse life science data, to improve the value and impact of life science research on public health, the environment and the economy. The Institut Français de Bioinformatique oversees the work of ELIXIR France, the French Node. ELIXIR technological Platforms bring together experts from Nodes to develop ELIXIR’s technical vision and coordinate activities in defined technical areas. There are five Platforms: Data, Tools, Interoperability, Compute and Training. The ELIXIR Training Platform aims to develop a training community that spans all ELIXIR member states. It aims to strengthen national training programmes, grow bioinformatics training capacity and competence across Europe, and empower researchers to use ELIXIR's services and tools. In this poster, we will present the contributions of ELIXIR-FR to the ELIXIR Training Platform Programme. We are involved in the TeSS, Training Metrics Database, Learning Paths and SPLASH projects, in the FAIR Training, e-Learning and Training Coordinators Groups, and in the Train-the-Trainer, Galaxy Training Network, multi-omics integration, Machine Learning and AI multi-node training event organisation.
