18 Mar 2014 New public BLAST available

The new URGI public BLAST is now available.

It will allow you to query your favorite sequence against Plants (Wheat, Grape, etc.) and Fungi (Botrytis, Leptosphaeria) databanks.

Wheat databanks available are: survey sequence assemblies , 3B reference sequence (whole chromosome or CDS only), 454 assemblies .
