Major news include:

• New version of the Quicksearch tool compliant with IFB / transPLANT / WheatIS search using the SolR technology. Note that the genome browsers are not yet all searchable with the Quicksearch (only GBrowses).
• New public ontology repository dedicated to ontologies curators.
• Performance of the phenotypes interface has been improved using the ElasticSearch technology and new ontology widget for trait browsing and filtering has been added.

• New Wheat v2 synteny data is now available via the SyntenyViewer .

• Wheat association data on 762 markers on 10 traits including phenology from Bordes et al.

• Integration and updates of genetic resources: 12000 grapevine accessions with their phenology data , 5136 sugar beet accessions,  80 eggplant accessions, 55 tomato accessions.

• Tomato genome browser ITAG 2.4 is publicly available.
• Improvement of WheatIS Dspace submission interface.
