  • GnpIS now uses PostgreSQL instead of Oracle database management system.
  • Synteny  dicotyledons dataset is available in plant synteny viewer.
  • New Poplar genetic resources are available.
  • Wheat and Barley genetic resources update for Whealbi project and INRA Straw Cereal Network.
  • New Wheat physical maps available (1D, 4D, 6D, 3A, 7A, 5A).
  • New version of Phenotyping interface including:
    • User friendly and faster interface with genetic resources searching by panel, collection, species, accession, custom accession list.
    • Improved trial metadata handling and searching.
    • Climatic data download through Agroclim web services.
    • ISA TAB standard format data download.
  • Improved version of Association interface including:
    • Boxplot of adjusted means of phenotyping values by allele marker.
    • Highlight regions with high association between adjacent markers.
