Automatically linking accessions held in the central information systems on genetic resources, EURISCO, DAD-IS and EUFGIS with public genomic data held in the international archives maintained by the European Bioinformatic Institute (EBI) is one of the objectives of the three European Programmes ECPGR, ERFP and EUFORGEN explored in the H2020 GenRes Bridge project. On 2021 April 28th, P. Cozzi and A. Stella (CNR, IT) presented and made a demonstration of the portal developed by the H2020 IMAGE project to enable such interoperability for animal genetic resources and facilitate data submission to EBI archives .
