GnpIS version 14.1 is now available. Major new functionalities and improvements are:

Sequence:

  • Historical EST data are integrated and available for download in Sanger category of the Sequence form .

Phenotype:

Association:

  • QQ plot and Manhattan plot performance improvement to handle big data.
  • Phenotype and association interoperability : Association studies are integrated with the relevant Phenotyping Trial.
  • Association data are now available in the BioMart tool .

Genome:

  • New public BLAST is available with Wheat, Grape and Fungi sequences.
  • Wheat 3B reference sequence browser is publicly available.
